My Maternity

My husband and I thought it would be enjoyable to take maternity photos of my six month belly.  This was actually more practice for him since he wanted to dabble a little bit in photography.  Even though I set the camera settings up, he takes full creative credit for most of these images.  The only two he didn't shoot were with us together.  Thank you tripod!

I have wanted to frolic in this field with a camera for quite a while.  Little did we know the challenges that accompanied our curiosity.  After trying to figure out a way to cross over a creek without getting wet, we managed to reach the field itself, but were welcomed by an abundant amount of thorny weeds.  These weeds were everywhere!  My husband was discouraged, and wanted to turn away back toward the park from whence we came.  Of course being my stubborn self, I continued on searching for a clearing safe enough to take photos.  After venturing a bit further in we found the perfect clearing.  My dress still kept getting snagged by the many thorny weeds, but at least they were less threatening than the rest of the lot.
